Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped from The Republic of Croatia.

All shipping is done using Croatia Post and includes a tracking code. Orders are privacy friendly, abstaining from unnecessary product description or parcel labels. Despatched orders will require a signature to confirm receipt. PO boxes are supported. Orders will usually dispatch within 3 days (not including weekends) and generally arrive within 40 days upon despatch.

Please be advised that Croatia Post will hand over the parcel to buyer's country postal service. For example, USA customers will have their parcels delivered by USPS. It's advised to use the provided tracking code on your country's postal service website.

In case of missed or failed 1st delivery attempt, make sure to accept your parcel within 7 days to avoid it being returned to the sender. Should this happen, please contact me ASAP.

All non-EU buyers will have their orders shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means that your country's customs may charge final delivery duty fees. If you have questions of concerns regarding this, please contact me before making a purchase.
